If you are interested on learning how you can eat and live green by switching the place that you shop I have information for you. As you may know there are plenty of stores out there that boast that they provide green products. However how do you know that you are truly buying green products? Are they backed by scientific research and patents? Are the products you use truly eco-friendly and safe for the environment? If you have a reasonable doubt about any of the questions I asked then I have important life changing information for you. Feel free to contact me for more information at Evren3243@gmail.com.

I took this same journey; lost the weight, trained constantly and finally ran that half marathon. It led me to a point where I can't go a few days without a run- it's like medication for a bad day. I even wake up early to run before work (being a new college grad that's saying something;))

So anyways, keep up the good work, and don't quit- it's all worth it in the end!
