Hi guys! My name is Emily. Thanks for coming to my website. Here you’ll find information on how your diet can affect the environment. I have to admit that I am not the healthiest eater. For the past few years, I have just been gaining weight and eating the worst foods! It started to take a toll on my health, and now I feel awful every day. When I compare how I feel now to how I felt when I was eating healthier foods, I realize that my diet has a big effect on how I feel every day.
Because of my health problems, I started doing some research on different types of diets. I have learned a lot about vegetarians and vegans and am fascinated with the information I have found. It turns out that being vegan not only helps your health but also the environment! As an environmentalist, this really makes me want to become vegan! The problem is that I really just love burgers too much. I started this website to help me keep track of the information I found from other sources. Hopefully with enough research, I can convince myself that becoming vegan is the way to go! My head gets it, now I just have to get my heart in the game, too!
