Vegan lifestyle can be quite demanding sometimes. Unless you have gone through cooking classes or you are in control of making your own meals, you will be disappointed with the choice that you will find in restaurants and food joints. This adaptation is a huge commitment and we suggest that in order to stick to it you must have a strong back in form of a certification through professional cooking courses.
